Overview：

The intelligent sampling robot for cold chain frozen products is mainly composed of AGV automatic guided mobile vehicle, dual-arm 7-axis robot, intelligent gripper, 3D vision and intelligent camera, disinfection unit, and various automation equipment. The robot is mainly used in the detection and sampling of the new coronavirus in the cold chain cargo in the customs area. On the basis of the on-site personnel completing the opening and closing of container doors, cargo handling and packaging and unpacking, the robot independently performs sampling, disinfection, photography, labeling, collection and other links. This will comprehensively change the existing operation mode, greatly reduce manpower, improve operational norms and efficiency, reduce the risk of cross-infection, and better respond to the need for normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
